It's a little bit gloomy today so you are not seeing the usual beautiful blue color sky on the background. This subdivision of Corinth, TX conveniently located on the East side of I35 and right behind NCTC - North Central Texas College. When I drove by this morning I noticed lots of construction activity and several SOLD signs in front of lots and under construction homes. According to the builder, FIRST TEXAS HOMES, there are 3 almost finished new homes available for sale in the Oaks of Corinth. Positive news is that in this small 250K plus; 3 car garage, 1/3 acre lots - 4 homes were recently sold and 3 are pending.

  About 18 lots are still available. Please remember, that when you go directly to the builder to buy a new home you interests are not represented. The builders do not pay commission to real estate professionals from the proceeds of sale of a particular home, rather it comes out of their general marketing funds.
