When I drove by this morning I noticed lots of construction activity and several SOLD signs in front of lots and under construction homes. According to the builder, FIRST TEXAS HOMES, there are 3 almost finished new homes available for sale in the Oaks of Corinth. Positive news is that in this small 250K plus; 3 car garage, 1/3 acre lots - 4 homes were recently sold and 3 are pending.

  About 18 lots are still available. Please remember, that when you go directly to the builder to buy a new home you interests are not represented. The builders do not pay commission to real estate professionals from the proceeds of sale of a particular home, rather it comes out of their general marketing funds.
