Lake Unicorn (off I35 and State School Rd in Denton TX) Event

This Saturday and Sunday, January 9th & 10th will be a Back to the 50's Weekend at Cafe Du Luxe. Saturday we will have a 50's car show featuring cars & trucks from the Dallas Area Classic Chevy's Car Club (David & Jana, the owners of Cafe Du Luxe are members). Awards will be given out for the best 55, best 56, best 57, best tri-five truck and best Corvette. The staff will be decked out in poodle skirts and duck tails. We've even added a strolling, singing, guitar playing Elvis for this event. The cafe will offer special eara menu items like Hot Dogs & Chilli Dogs, and we've partnered with Beth Marie's to provide Root Beer Floats. 50's music will permeate the building all weekend long and (weather permitting) the cafe will be showing a classic Horror Movie, Drive in Theater style on the north side of the building.
