It's a little bit gloomy today so you are not seeing the usual beautiful blue color sky on the background. This subdivision of Corinth, TX conveniently located on the East side of I35 and right behind NCTC - North Central Texas College. When I drove by this morning I noticed lots of construction activity and several SOLD signs in front of lots and under construction homes. According to the builder, FIRST TEXAS HOMES, there are 3 almost finished new homes available for sale in the Oaks of Corinth. Positive news is that in this small 250K plus; 3 car garage, 1/3 acre lots - 4 homes were recently sold and 3 are pending.

  About 18 lots are still available. Please remember, that when you go directly to the builder to buy a new home you interests are not represented. The builders do not pay commission to real estate professionals from the proceeds of sale of a particular home, rather it comes out of their general marketing funds. I live nearby and take my walks/jogs along Oakmont Drive weekly if not daily. I like this area a lot and would like to share some photos I took today. Larkspur, is a small subsection of Oakmont Subdivision in Corinth, TX. This picturesque neighborhood boasts hills, views and golf course lots! Just a few available lots left for sale - the rest of the area is fully built. Oakmont Country Club is in walking distance (or short car drive). This area is also close to Hawk Elementary and Crownover Middle School. To say close - is to say close enough to walk but not close enough to be disturbed by school traffic or noise during peak hours. It's a pleasure to take a walk with a dog or run up the hills - if you are into it:-). Another benefit - close proximity to Swisher or Corinth Parkway to get to I35 via several choices. New Gourmet Kroger just opened up and you can take a short cut to get there or go via Swisher/Teasley. The construction of 2499 will bring convinience for accessing Flower Mound but not disturbanse as it will not be near Larkspur to disturb piece and quite.

As the name suggests it is located on the hills with 1 acre wooded lot homes. The new development right behind Serendipity Hills (established at around 1994) provides views of the lake. There are not many homes in this subdivision. Currently there are two homes for sale, one of which is under option after 28 days on the market. This particular home had a park like setting in the back yard with heavily wooded lot taking you back to corp of engineers property.
