It's really hot to show homes right now

Texas heat slows home showings in Corinth, TX and other towns such as Denton, Flower Mound, Argyle as agents and clients sweat their way in and out of cars to preview properties. Some agents prefer to wear shorts and t-shirts and who can blame them. Going to foreclosure or short sale property with utilities off is no fun in 100+ degrees weather. Clients also suffer when it comes to long list of homes to see. They become less focused and forget their priority list. All of a sudden clients may start wanting a pool or at least access to HOA pool, while not having this feature on their list in an air conditioned real estate office just a few hours earlier. To minimize suffering the best otion is to start the day early and finish before noon. Another option is going on a showing tour later in the evenings. No matter when the trip is - it seems the heat will have its say as to when some properties will sell.
