Only one caution - some listings come up from syndicated sites that are outdated and do not reflect the most recent activity, such as if home is under contract, price change or off the market. Be aware of this.

I have to say - I am very impressed by the information I have received and lessons learned. Her office is a local coffee shop and she is teting along only a small computer bag. I am not that far behind! As of today, I am launching a paperless transaction technology. Basically, by my clients's permission - the entire process of signing agreements between agent and client, putting and finilizing offers will take minutes instead of hours and days! All done in the secure and completely legal, industry accepted way online. Leaving secure trails and proof of signatures, ability to download signed documents in minutes! One requirenment - email account - at least one per family if more than one person is on the contract and Internet access. If you are searching for a deal in today's foreclosure market you must act fast. Often, the hot property receives multiple offers in the first day on the market. Be the first one there with paperless transaction.
