If you are new to the area - currently purchasing a home or thinking about it- and your son or daughter is planning to attend Guyer High - you will need to present a signed and executed contract on the property to be able to register. You can call school to find out more details on what are the exact requirnments to prove residency.

You will need the following to enroll at Guyer High School
Withdrawal form with grades (only if enrolling during the school year)
Last Report Card
TAKS Scores (or latest standardized test)
Immunizations
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Parent / Guardian Driver’s License
** If the Current Driver’s License or Current ID card does not have the address of the place of residence, the parent/guardian will need to provide at least two proofs of residence.
Current proof of residency (IE: Current utility bill : Electric/Water or Natural Gas)
If your family resides with another, you must have complete additional notarized forms that are provided by the District, along with a utility bill from their home.
Proof of residency must include name and address of guardian
If you do not have the above information please call the previous school and have them fax the information to us.
