View Larger MapSerendipity Hills in Corinth, Texas is a picturesque subdivision located a couple of miles west of I35 on the south side of Swisher Rd. (FM2181). As the name suggests it is located on the hills with 1 acre wooded lot homes. The new development right behind Serendipity Hills (established at around 1994) provides views of the lake. There are not many homes in this subdivision. Currently there are two homes for sale, one of which is under option after 28 days on the market. This particular home had a park like setting in the back yard with heavily wooded lot taking you back to corp of engineers property.
